Submission Guidelines for the Checklist
This term Excelsior is instituting a new Instructional Checklist for all our courses. This effort is intended to provide consistency of the student experience, convey expectations of teaching at Excelsior, and ultimately improve student retention and persistence through effective teaching strategies.

Please complete all sections of the form. We expect faculty to have a mix of Yes and No responses. Please follow the calendar below.

Select your assigned department chair. If you are unsure of who your department chair is, please go to your course assignment in Salesforce.

Note the final question will ask you to pick the week for which you are reporting, additional questions may pop up under this section.

Click SUBMIT when finished with your checklist form. (The form can be saved but you must save the link provided to return to the form you have started).
We are asking faculty to submit the Checklist Form each week.
